JONATHAN WARD
Jonathan is the only English professional trainer based in the west of France. Internationally experienced, he works alongside his wife Jo at their stables in the village of Senonnes, attached to a first class training centre and gallops.
The region is one of the largest racing areas in France – with over 50 racecourses within 100km of the stables including Angers, Nantes, Le Lion d’Angers, Chateaubriant and Craon.
We aim to introduce our owners to the benefits of racehorse ownership in France and to the unique charm of French provincial racing.
We always welcome our owners to come and see their horses at the stables and on the gallops. At all other times they are kept well informed of the progress of their horses. We can also help owners who are new to racing in France to arrange ownership registration, to set up group ownerships and to assist with any other administration.
